Our Properties

Rather than list every property we have for sale (because it would require many pages and pictures that do not do them justice) we have broken down this section into areas with broad descriptions of each ( and yes, a few pictures too! )

GRECIA...
All properties are located in the mountains overlooking the town and backing up to the Poas Volcano ( yes, it is dormant ) We have properties ranging from one manzana ( 7000 square meters or slightly less than two acres ) to 250 manzanas. All properties are private, away from other homes... some feature 180 degrees of the Central Valley and surrounding mountains (as our daughter put it , " you feel like you are being hugged by the mountains!" ) ... some have their own private valleys... some have rivers and even waterfalls... but ALL have absolutely magnificent views. Located 50 minutes NW of San Jose and 30 minutes from the International Airport in Alajuela and 10 minutes to the International Highway.


NEAR THE OCEAN...
For those of you that prefer the ocean, we have properties located primarily in the Central Pacific areas. While we know of many other that are available in the more popular ( and more expensive ) tourist areas of Manual Antonio and Quepos, we have concentrated our efforts in areas which we feel offer more appreciation potential and are superior investments at present, i.e. , the areas around Parrita ( which is only 15 minutes away from Quepos ).

The area offers gorgeous secluded beaches and magnificent ocean view properties...
all of which can be purchased for only a fraction of what the values are less than 15 minutes away. It won't be long before these properties are priced "out of sight".

Ocean view properties are available with prices ranging from $25,000.00 to $65,000.00 dependent upon views and exact locations. These properties are all within 3-10 miles of absolutely stunning beaches... and you can take your choice of several different areas... And if beach areas are too warm or your liking you can experience the cooling winds with the views as well... the best of both worlds!
